Vanguard Value ETF is designed to track the performance of the MSCI US Prime Market Value Index. The ETF employs an indexing approach to provide broad exposure to predominantly large-cap value companies in the United States. It uses the approach of full replication, the portfolio holds all stocks in the index in approximately the same capitalization weighting as the index. The Index represents the value companies of the MSCI US Prime Market 750 Index (The MSCI US Prime Market 750 Index represents the universe of predominantly large-capitalization companies in the U.S. equity market).
