ProShares UltraShort MSCI Emerging Markets ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to twice (200%) the inverse (opposite) of the daily performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. The Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure equity market performance in the global emerging markets.
