Step 1 - Complete and Mail the Account Opening Form - (Corporate Account)

Part A - Read Client Agreement

The Client Agreement together with the Interest Schedule contains important terms and conditions. Please read the following documents carefully and retain it for future reference.

Part B - Fill in Application Form

Please download and complete the account opening form.

Part C - Send by Mail

Please return the completed Account Opening Form together with the supporting documents to:

Supporting Documents
Company registration records	Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation; and Certified copy of  Memorandum & Articles of Associations
Proof of identification	Certified copies of official ID or passport of ALL authorized person(s), director(s) and individual shareholder(s) (as defined in Application Form - Part 6)
Board resolution(s)	Board resolution(s) on approving account opening with BOOM and the appointment of authorized person(s) to operate the account
Company and directories records	For Hong Kong Incorporation Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate; and Certified copies of latest Annual Return and subsequent form(s) filed to Hong Kong Company Registry For Non-Hong Kong Incorporation Certified copies of the Register of Directors and the Register of Members; and Bank account statement issued within 3 months showing the Applicant's Name and Address
Signature verification	Witness to your signature(s): A Justice of Peace or a professional (e.g. Bank Manager, Certified Accountant, Solicitor or Notary Public) should sign Part 10b of the account opening form after witnessing your signature(s) in Part 10a.
Guarantor Information and Agreement - For margin A/C only	Guarantor to , complete and sign "Guarantor Information for Corporate Account" and "Guarantee Agreement"; and provide Certified copy of official ID or passport of Guarantor

Step 2 - Deposit Fund

To activate your BOOM stock trading account, you just need to deposit small amount of funds for the Account Opening Fee:

Step 3 - Account is Activated

Upon receipt of your completed account opening form, required supporting documents and the Account Opening Fee, we will process your application immediately.

Once your BOOM stock trading account is activated, you will receive:

The Login ID and Login Password are used to access your BOOM stock trading account. When you submit any online instruction, you also need to input the Trading Keycode.

You are now ready to experience the convenient of stock trading with BOOM!
